How Do I Submit an article?
This is very easy.  The first thing you have to do is go to the homepage or click here which will bring you there.
Right below the heading of upcoming events and area news, it says "to add an event CLICK HERE".  Go ahead and click it which will bring you to the submission page.  Now your ready to submit your article .  First, you have to decide whether your news would be classified as NEWS or as an EVENT, and you do this by checking one checkbox or the other.  The next thing you have to do is decipher which category would best suit your article.  You do this by clicking the checkmark on the drop down menu   Right Here.  This is not the real menu, but just an example.  Under the dropdown menu drag your mouse over the option you want and then click, this will select what you believe the article should be organized as.  Next go through and enter your personal information in each of the boxes given, just click inside the box you want to enter information then once you see the cursor go ahead and type.  This is so we can give credit and liability for postings.  Now we should be down to the START DATE.  This works just like the other dropdown menu used above.  Go ahead and select the MONTH, DAY, AND YEAR from the dropdown menus.  After that select a time that the event will start at or use this spot to say what time a news event happened..  Now we are going to move down to the STOP DATE.  This is VERY IMPORTANT.  This is the date you want the article to stop being displayed.  If it is an event select the day after the event happened so it will show up all the way up through the date of the event.  If it is News a week or two weeks is plenty of time for displaying.  Now you have to decide whether or not you you want this information to go to other counties or if you just want it in your's.  You do this by checking the checkbox if you want it to go regional.  Now type in your Summary and Full Article and click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form.  Your all done, now after the webmaster checks that the submission is suitable for all audiences it will immediately appear on the site.

How Do I become a member so I can submit messages on the site without having to wait for approval?
Go ahead and send us an email at webmaster@upnorthlife.com to request a username and password.  Once we feel you are a reliable source, you will immediately be granted access to our respected news officials page.

My text is too small how do I make it larger?
Goto VIEW, then go down to text size and then select which size best suits you.
